At this year's iGaming Next event in NYC, we discussed the challenges, opportunities and differences of iGaming in Europe and learnings from six months in the North American market.
Play'n GO's Director of Business Development, Stuart Trigwell moderated the panel at this year's event which consisted of our Chief Commercial Officer, Magnus Olsson, Regional Director (US), Saam Hafezi, Head of Game Retention, George Olekszy and Key Account Manager (US), Justine Clay.
Discussions centred around the role that quality content provides in the acquisition and retention of players combined with the importance of acknowledging that we are in the entertainment industry and that mindset should be at the forefront when creating a sustainable long-term strategy.
This was supported further by a demonstration of our industry-first educational slot, Gerard's Gambit which has been designed with a teach-as-you-play approach to appeal to a new audience of online slots. Gerard's Gambit is set to be released in April.
